The Enneagram –
a transformational tool for The IDGs
Discover how the Enneagram can support your inner growth
The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) highlight the essential skills and qualities we need in order to create a more sustainable and thriving world. But how do we develop these skills in ourselves and in others?
In this workshop, we will explore how the Enneagram – a powerful model of human patterns and potentials – can serve as a practical tool for many of the IDG dimensions, such as:
- Being – cultivating self-awareness and inner grounding
- Thinking – deepening perspective-taking and critical reflection
- Relating – enhancing empathy and authentic connection
- Collaborating – building trust and effective teamwork
- Acting – developing courage and purposeful action
We will also highlight research by IDG Scientific Advisor Dan Siegel, showing how the Enneagram connects with personality psychology and neurobiological models – offering a scientific grounding for the Enneagram’s role in inner development.
